All Sales Are Final

At Bri's Beauty's, each piece is handcrafted using real pressed flowers, making every item unique. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for any order.

 

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (if possible)

We will review the claim and may offer: a replacement (if materials are available) or a store credit


Lost Packages

We cannot refund or replace untracked letter-mail shipments. If your order was shipped with tracking and goes missing, we will help file a claim with the courier.
